The Wrap Recycle Right Program will provide convenient collection, transportation, recycling, and/or disposal of recycle-ready boat wrap material generated across Minnesota. In addition to offering statewide access to responsible material handling, the program supports Public Education efforts that engage stakeholders through a variety of communication channels.
The program aims to meet annual recycling benchmarks while also progressing toward long-term recovery goals outlined in Minnesota’s Boat Wrap Stewardship Law (Minn. Stat. § 115A.1416).
