KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Partners

Community partners support the program by assisting WRR with outreach, education, and awareness-building efforts. Their involvement includes sharing public education materials, promoting collection site locations, and helping communicate best practices for removing and preparing boat wrap for recycling.

Community partners may also collaborate with WRR through events, media sharing, and targeted outreach to encourage participation and early adoption of recycling behaviors. This includes check-ins, focus groups, or feedback opportunities to help assess public awareness, identify barriers to participation, evaluate the effectiveness of outreach materials, and highlight underserved areas.
